If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Livine Holistic Wellness.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Livine Holistic Wellness provides integrative wellness, therapeutic nutrition, and lifestyle medicine guidance. Our services are designed to complement — not replace — the diagnosis, treatment, or advice of licensed medical doctors.

Our programmes, consultations, and products are not a substitute for professional medical care. Specifically:

• We do not diagnose medical conditions
• We do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications
• We do not provide emergency medical care

By enrolling in a Livine programme or booking a consultation, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date health information during all assessments and consultations
• Disclose all current medications, supplements, allergies, and medical conditions to your Livine practitioner
• Follow the guidance of your primary physician or specialist for emergency, urgent, or acute medical needs
• Not discontinue any prescribed medication without explicit guidance from your prescribing physician
• Use our website, digital content, and programme materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice (minimum 24 hours) if you need to reschedule
• Engage with the programme with commitment and honesty for optimal results

Payment Terms: Programme fees, consultation charges, and product prices are communicated clearly at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy:

• Free consultation sessions are non-refundable (no payment involved)
• Programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced and the initial assessment has been conducted
• In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, family emergency), refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
• Product purchases: unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund; opened products are non-refundable

Rescheduling: Consultation sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.

All clients enrolled in Livine programmes are expected to engage respectfully and honestly with our practitioners and coaching team. We reserve the right to terminate a programme relationship — without refund — in the event of:

• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct towards any Livine team member
• Wilful provision of false health information that compromises safety
• Sharing or distributing proprietary programme materials without authorisation
• Any conduct that violates applicable law

Livine Holistic Wellness also reserves the right to pause or modify programme delivery in circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including illness, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, our services, or our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
